What We Do:

We help people approach conflict in a way that doesn’t inflict damage.  We do this through mediative processes such as formal mediation, facilitation or coaching - helping people have difficult conversations in a safe way and work through problems.  We also assist individuals or couples to find their clarity around issues.  Any time there is conflict; there are usually multiple opportunities for miscommunication.  We can help you rediscover the clarity you already have - and clarity leads to power.
